• We start out reviewing your transaction history to estimate how many hours a week may be needed to do your invoicing and payables. We work remotely and will charge you only for the time we work on your account, whether that be 3 hours or 24 minutes. Our preference is to set up a flat monthly charge for you, which we normally do within a month to six weeks after starting. This provides you with a consistent monthly cost for your accounting work to simplify your planning.
•  When the month-end comes, we complete invoicing and entering cash receipts. Then the bank reconciliations, credit card accounts and adjusting entries are finished. You will have completed financial statements for your review within a matter of days after the start of the new month.

Payroll Services

• Payroll can be a complex and time-consuming process. We take the pain out of processing your payroll.  It needs to be done correctly, consistently and on time.  Your employees’ information needs to be entered accurately and kept updated.  New employees need to be brought online quickly.
• Reports, filings and tax deposits need to be sent to the federal and even multiple state governments. W-2’s and 1099s need to be processed at the end of the year on a timely basis.
• Your employees need to be paid on time. We use direct deposit, or we can process your payroll so that you can print live checks in your own facility to distribute to your employees, based on your needs and their wishes.
