The Deep Dive Strategic Analysis takes a comprehensive look at your operation to identify the good, the bad, and the ugly in one concise report that results in remediation recommendations. We identify the issues that have been inhibiting your growth and profitability and provide you with the solutions to improve going forward. Deep Dive Strategic Analyses range in price from $5,000 for companies with a more simple structure (often those with under $25M in revenue, to $10,000 for those with more complex structures, often, those with over $25M in revenue.

Cash Flow Management
Broadly, the Cash Flow Management engagement would address your company’s short-term and long-term cash issues.
- Define the purchasing process.

- Develop a work plan to identify and remove excess and unnecessary inventory.
- Work through discretionary spending.
Create a new cash flow model.
Time to complete – 20 – 30 hours – Total cost capped at $7,500
Profitability and sales channel analysis:
In a Profitability and Sales Channel Analysis, our fractional CFOs work through sales and sourcing, channel profitability, and rationalization. This engagement process includes establishing product profitability and defining product offerings.
